Pineapple Juice✨

Today I am going to share my first blog post of my juice recipe with you all🙈.

Lets begin🤜🤛

🔴Ingredients : 1 medium sized riped pineapple, 2-3  teaspoon sugar, 1 cup water, a pinch of salt and black pepper, 1 teaspoon lemon ( optional ) to give a little tangy flavour 😉.

🔴Procedure: Always choose riped pineapple, unripe pineapples upset the tummy. Remove the skin slightly deep inside. Chop them to the size that fits your blender. Add them to the blender or juicer along with all the ingredients. Pour water and blend until smooth and frothy. Place a filter over a bowl or a jar, pour the blended pineapple juice. Keep stirring with a spoon so that the juice pass through the strainer. Press down the pulp against the sieve to extract the juice completely and here your juice is ready😋. Serve the pineapple juice immediately.



🔴Other than being really delicious to drink, pineapple juice offers some pretty amazing benefits namely: Helps in boosting immunity, fights inflammation, helps to detoxify the body, improves vision, promotes heathy digestion. 

You can drink this juice in the morning after your daily routine exercises or in the evening whenever possible. Hope you will like it😊👀.
