Orange Juice✨

Today, I am going to share orange juice recipe with you all, many people start thier day with this lovely juice with so many vitamins✨
So lets start😉
🔶Ingredients:
- 6 oranges
- Black salt ( optional)
- 1/2 cup water
- Take the oranges🍊and wash them.
- Cut each orange into to halves horizontally using a sharp knife🔪.
- Now using a fork🍴or the back of a spoon or a knife🔪deseed the orange halves. Discard the seeds. Removing the seeds at this stage before blending is necessary to prevent the juice from turning bitter.
- Next peel the orange halves to make tha orange juice with mixture, or blender. Discard the peels.
- As soon as you peel them, the orange pieces will start loosening. Separate the orange pieces and keep them in a plate or chopping board.
- You don't need to remove the white skin.
- Transfer the orange pieces into the mixture / blender.
- Add black salt ( optional ) and the 1/2 cup water. This is to ease the process of blending.
- Close the lid of the jar and blend till smooth.
- Transfer the juice into a strainer. Prefer using a strainer with bigger holes.
- And here your fresh orange juice🍹is ready to serve. You can also add a pinch of chaat masala to make the juice more flavourful.
- Orange juice is a good source of Vitamin C which helps to build immunity and fight diseases.
- It is a preservative and sugar-free juice.
